Wildlife photography is one of my favorite subjects to shoot. I shot the photo of this Northern White Rhino in Glen Rose, Texas while working on an assignment for National Geographic-World. he is one of only about 10 left worldwide. To this day I wonder how Noah managed to actually get the rhinos into the Ark. Speaking of the Ark, have you noticed it is becoming popular again. Ark replicas are now popping up all over the world. My favorite is the one just built in Holland, which is 1:1 scale and is sea worthy. “Johan’s Ark” as it is called, also has replicas of the animals believed to be on Noahs Ark. Sounds pretty cool! It makes you wonder if God is trying to tell us something. In Matthew 24:37 (NIV) Jesus tells us what it will be like when He returns to get us… 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. If the signs of the times are not enough, perhaps God is stacking the signs of the times with some obvious hints. I don’t know, just making an observation and looking forward to what Jesus also told us in the Olivet Discourses…Matthew 24:40 “Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.” Obviously, I’m planning on being the guy “Taken” in the field:)
